SUBMIT YOUR INQUIRY
Send your event details including date, time, location, theme, colors, and décor needs. Please review our Travel & Installation policy before booking. We’ll confirm availability and provide a custom quote.
FINAL PAYMENT
The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event. Failure to complete payment will result in cancellation of services and loss of retainer.
SECURE YOUR DATE
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your event date. No dates are held without payment. You may also choose to pay in full at booking.

Delivery, Setup & Styling
On event day, we arrive within your scheduled window to install everything. We style your décor, complete final touches, and confirm everything is perfect with you
Design & Planning Begins
Once your date is secured, we begin designing your custom setup. We order balloons, props, and materials tailored to your theme. All setups are fully customized and prepared in advance, making all sales final.
ENJOY YOUR EVENT!
Celebrate and enjoy your beautifully designed décor! If teardown is included, we return at the agreed time to break down and collect all rental items.
